 As Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of SIGWEL, I lead business development and client delivery for a modern recruiting and IT staffing firm. We connect companies with pre-vetted remote developers, DevOps engineers, UI/UX designers, and technical project managers — sourced from a trusted network of offshore and nearshore talent. Our clients include startups, telecom providers, and government contractors. I design and manage flexible hiring models including contract-to-hire, project-based staffing, and embedded recruiting support.

I’m also an owner of The Tox Palm Beach, a wellness studio focused on lymphatic drainage, body detoxification, and full-body wellness from the inside out. I support the business’s strategic growth and market positioning alongside an experienced operations team.
